Shipping policy
1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
next-skin.net sells digital game keys (E-Keys) exclusively. We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping fees. All products are delivered electronically.
2. How You Receive Your Order
After payment is confirmed, your game key will be delivered in one or both of the following ways:
- Email Delivery: The key is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- On-Screen Delivery: The key may be displayed immediately on the order confirmation page.
We recommend saving your key immediately upon receipt.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are fulfilled instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours if:
- Your order is flagged for manual fraud review.
- There is a temporary technical issue with our delivery system.
- Payment verification requires additional processing time.
If you have not received your key within 24 hours, please contact us at support@next-skin.net with your order number.
4. Incorrect Email Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. Contact us at support@next-skin.net as soon as possible if you notice an error before delivery.
5. Spam and Junk Filters
Delivery emails may occasionally be filtered into spam or junk folders. If you do not see your key in your inbox, please check your spam folder and whitelist our sending address.
6. Lost or Undelivered Keys
If your key has not arrived and you have checked your spam folder, please contact us at support@next-skin.net with:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout.
- Your order number or payment confirmation.
- Date and time of purchase.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. International and EU Orders
As our products are digital, we accept orders from customers across the EU and worldwide. There are no customs fees, import duties, or shipping surcharges.
