2. About Our Products
We sell digital game keys (“E-Keys”) — unique activation codes for video games and digital content, delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
- Keys are delivered via email or displayed on the order confirmation page.
- Keys are valid for activation on their respective platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, Xbox, PlayStation Network).
- Each key is intended for single-use activation only.
- Regional restrictions may apply — please review the product description before purchasing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to complete a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT where required by EU law.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Promotional prices are valid only for the duration of the stated offer.
6. Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice for EU Consumers
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content (including game keys) where:
- Performance of the contract has begun with your explicit prior consent, and
- You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of a digital key, you expressly consent to the immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. We will confirm this in your order confirmation email.
7. Refunds and Complaints
All sales of digital keys are final once delivered. We will, however, provide a remedy in the following cases:
- The key is invalid and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- The product delivered was materially different from its description.
- We are required to do so under applicable EU consumer protection law.
Refund or complaint requests must be submitted to support@next-skin.net within 14 days of purchase, with proof of the issue and your order number.
EU consumers also have the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased keys without our written permission.
- Use fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
- Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent our systems.
- Purchase keys for unauthorized commercial purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on next-skin.net — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Quentaris LTD or its licensors. Game titles, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU law, Quentaris LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by EU consumer protection law. Where mandatory consumer protection rules of your EU member state provide greater protection, those rules shall apply. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the competent courts of your place of residence within the EU, or alternatively to the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
